• Medicine Policy

Many of the children we support require regular medicine as part of their care. This policy ensures that medicine is administered and taken as necessary and safely.

  • Safeguarding Policy

Effective safeguarding systems are child centred. Langside works by this policy to ensure all of the children are safe.

  • Complaints Policy

Taking concerns seriously at the earliest stage will reduce the numbers that develop into formal complaints.

  • Whistle Blowing Policy

Whistleblowing encourages and enables school community members to raise serious concerns within the school.

  • Bullying Policy

Bullying is behaviour by an individual or group, repeated over time, that intentionally hurts another individual or group either physically or emotionally.

  • E-safety Policy

To enable children, young people, staff and volunteers to interact with, and benefit from, information technology whilst remaining safe and behaving lawfully.

  • Data Protection Policy

Personal data will be processed fairly and lawfully and will be adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purpose or purposes for which they are processed.

  • Parent Complaints Procedure

Langside School is committed to providing the best possible service to those families which have entrusted individuals to our staff for their education and care.
