Diverse Abilities is kicking off its 60th anniversary year celebrations by holding a 60s Blue Hawaii Party at The Ocean View Hotel, Bournemouth, on Friday 20 March from 7pm, guest starring Garry J Foley as Elvis.
Garry is one of the best Elvis tributes around and is a leading European multi-award winning Elvis Tribute Artist (ETA) and is kindly performing at the event in aid of the charity that supports over 600 children and adults with disabilities in Dorset.
Tickets to see Garry in action are priced at £25 per person, which includes a drink on arrival and a two-course meal.
Sharon Wells, Events Fundraiser at Diverse Abilities Plus, said: “Last year’s Elvis tribute event was a great success and this year, for our 60th anniversary, we are giving it a fun 60s theme. Come along and enjoy a Blue Hawaii cocktail, sing along to the best Elvis tracks and boogie the night away, all while raising funds for the people Diverse Abilities supports.”
Lucy Lester, from The Ocean View Hotel, said: “We are delighted to support Diverse Abilities and host this fun event during the charity’s diamond year. The evening will be a great opportunity for the Dorset community to support a local charity and have an enjoyable time.”
