Diverse Abilities is looking for teams to take part in its ‘Make a Break for It’ challenge where participants will have the chance to go on a spontaneous 36 hour weekend away, with no idea where they may end up!
From Saturday 25 to Sunday 26 April teams of two to four people will battle to get the furthest away from base and back within 36 hours without any money or transport, just Diverse Abilities t-shirts and persuasive signs.
There will be a variety of prizes to be won for the top teams that take part, make it the furthest away and back to base over the two days.
Emily Watts, Events Intern at Diverse Abilities, said: “This exhilarating challenge could take you anywhere in the world. You just have to be brave enough to do plenty of blagging to get your team free transport! This is sure to be an unforgettable weekend away while doing something great for charity and raising vital funds for the children and adults Diverse Abilities support.”
To take part in ‘Make a Break for It’ teams must consist of two to four people and the minimum entry age is 18 years. The registration fee is £50 and minimum sponsorship is £375 per team.
